TGC Group has officially opened the doors to its new headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, marking an exciting milestone in the company’s continued growth.
What began in October 2023 with the acquisition of a unique property has been transformed into a thoughtfully designed headquarters that reflects both who TGC is today and where the company is headed.
From the beginning, Nick and Sabrina Esterline approached the project with a clear vision: create more than an office. The new headquarters was designed to be a place where people can collaborate, relationships can grow, ideas can take shape, and TGC’s development, construction, hospitality, and corporate teams can come together under one roof.
Every aspect of the space was considered with TGC’s people and culture in mind. The result is a headquarters that provides room for the organization to grow while creating an environment that feels distinctly TGC.
The project also represents a significant investment in the company’s future. As TGC continues to expand its portfolio and capabilities across the country, the Wichita headquarters will serve as a central hub for supporting its teams, developing leaders, strengthening partnerships, and advancing the organization’s long-term goals.
A project of this scale required an incredible amount of work behind the scenes. TGC extends a special thank you to Devin Sinner and Chris Hopping for the extraordinary time and commitment they dedicated to the headquarters over the past several months. Both balanced their day-to-day responsibilities with the additional demands of this project, requiring sacrifices not only from them but from their families as well. Their commitment and leadership played an important role in getting TGC to this milestone, and we are incredibly grateful to both of them.
For TGC, the new headquarters is more than a new address. It is a reflection of how far the company has come, an investment in the people who make its success possible, and a foundation for everything still ahead.
