We officially broke ground on our first StudioRES in Louisville Jeffersontown, KY, March 6th, 2025 marking the 7th StudioRES to break ground in the country and our 37th hotel overall!
We are incredibly excited about this new project and grateful for the amazing support we received at the groundbreaking. A special thank you to Ron Stewart our Marriott International partner, City of Jeffersontown Mayor Carol Pike and Councilman Mark Russell, Jeffersontown Chamber President Deana Karem, and our friends from LDG Development, our partner, Chris Dischinger and several community members for joining us on this bitter cold morning.
