President and Founder

As President and Founder of TGC Group, Nick assumes a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and capital allocation for the entire TGC Group and its various subsidiaries. These subsidiaries encompass the TGC Development Group, TGC Hospitality Management, and TGC Construction Group. Nick brings two decades of industry expertise to the table, during which he has successfully guided TGC Group through over $500 million worth of acquisitions and development projects spanning the realms of hospitality, restaurants, and commercial real estate. Under Nick's astute leadership, TGC has flourished, boasting a corporate team of 38 professionals and an extensive network of more than 350 associates operating across 17 states. The company is poised for further expansion, with numerous new acquisitions and development ventures currently in progress.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick's personal life is enriched by his loving marriage to Sabrina, his closest confidant. Together, they are proud parents to three remarkable boys named Lunden, Bronx, and Housten. As a family unit, they cherish moments spent hunting, fishing, playing golf, enjoying lake retreats, and basking in the warmth of cherished family and friends.

Leslie assumes comprehensive responsibility for TGC Hospitality Management's expanding hotel portfolio. Her leadership is marked by decisive and constructive guidance, aimed at fostering robust hotel performance, delivering top-tier guest service, and meticulously adhering to all brand standards.

In her personal life, Leslie and her husband, Kirk, are proud parents to a grown son, Jake, who has made Dallas his home. In their daily lives they are entertained by their trio of dogs: Rudy, Twix, and Kimber.

Duane began his journey with TGC in 2012, initially overseeing the accounting for three hotel properties. As TGC experienced exponential growth, so did his role, expanding to encompass the supervision of all accounting functions, from development to operations, and the management of corporate financial records across various divisions.

In his personal life, Duane and his wife, Kelly, are proud parents to four grown children, consisting of one daughter and three sons, who are steadily expanding the family tree with the joyful addition of grandchildren. During his leisure time, Duane indulges in his passion for freelance photography, capturing a diverse array of subjects, from high school senior portraits to professional sporting events. Together they enjoy traveling to Colorado and exploring local breweries. Cameron Caine

Cameron's primary focus lies in the successful launch of new hotels, employing strategic measures to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness for a swift and successful ramp-up. He manages the Director of Operations (DOOs) to ensure streamlined daily operations, ensuring a seamless flow.

Cameron works closely with the leadership team to prepare for future expansions while maintaining peak efficiency in our current hotel operations, ensuring a blend of growth and operational excellence.

Away from the office, Cameron is a devoted parent to his 4-year-old daughter, Hayden, alongside the love of his life, Ashley. Hayden's vibrant personality keeps them both on their toes as they engage in activities like gymnastics and enjoy trips to the zoo. The family enjoys time at home and occasional visits to Grandma and Grandpa in Garden City. The anticipation of upcoming travels in 2024 adds an exciting dimension to their future plans.

Vice President of Development

Blake's journey with TGC Group began as an intern back in 2015, and he has been intricately involved in the company's evolution from a development-focused entity to a fully integrated hospitality company. Today, Blake assumes the important role of overseeing both the development and acquisition pipeline. Moreover, he leads the development division, facilitating seamless coordination with the design team, municipalities, investors, and lenders across a project's lifecycle.

Outside of the office, Blake shares a life with his wife, Luci. In September, they joyfully welcomed their son, Greyson, adding a new chapter of love and adventure to their lives. Blake has a passion for golf and can often be found on the course perfecting his swing. When he's not teeing off, Blake and Luci enjoy their shared love of travel, exploring new restaurants and local brews, and cherishing quality moments with friends and family. Their home is complete with their Goldendoodle, Shiloh.

With 25 years in the construction industry, Chris oversees all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion. He works hand in hand with project management and field supervision to develop and improve operation procedures and systems.

Chris and his wife, Andrea, have four children, Jack Joseph, Matthew, and Alice. They spend most of their time at their kids sporting events, and in their free time they like golfing, biking, or relaxing at home by the pool. The Hopping family is complete with man's best friend, Winston.

Jill is not only a skilled manager overseeing brand management, marketing activities, web content, and guest feedback, but she is also a passionate advocate for fostering a positive and inclusive company culture. As the brand champion, she continuously seeks fun and innovative ways to keep our teams engaged in continuous learning, encouraging a culture of collaboration, recognition, and teamwork. She is an inspiring leader who believes in the power of teamwork, continuous learning, and creating an inclusive environment that brings out the best in everyone.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jill finds immense fulfillment in her role as a wife and mother. Together with her husband, Scott, and their children, Jacob and Emma, they treasure their time together, whether its enjoying baseball games, embarking on adventurous travels, exploring new eateries, engaging in outdoor activities, or simply spending quality time with friends and loved ones. Jacob recently married and is pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan University and Emma is a busy senior participating in school and sport activities. Their home is complete with two adorable pets, Murphy the Morkie and Winnie the Goldendoodle.

Chad plays a key role in overseeing TGC's project development, involving close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and project launch phases. His formal education in architecture and extensive professional experience brings a unique and valuable perspective to the management of our development initiatives.

In 2018, Chad made the decision to return to his roots in Kansas, having been a long-term resident of Dallas. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors, maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym, and values quality moments with his family and two beloved canine companions.

Riley Dick

Riley Dick

Investment and Portfolio Manager

Riley oversees and is in constant evaluation of the most efficient use of capital within the portfolio. He is also responsible for managing relationships, procuring debt and equity, and assisting in the underwriting process for new projects.

Riley graduated in the spring of 2022 from the University of Kansas with a double major in Finance and Accounting. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching different sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Rock Chalk!

Lisa plays a vital role in delivering expert support for the acquisition and development of hospitality properties. Her responsibilities encompass the coordination, vigilant monitoring, and meticulous tracking of project progression across all phases – from pre-development, planning, design and permitting, through construction, and up to the project's successful closeout.

Outside the office, Lisa is dedicated to her family, including her husband, Rich, and their two college-age children, Aubrey and Jesse. Alongside their furry companions, Lisa enjoys time outdoors, leisurely walks with her loved ones and their dogs. She also appreciates quality time spent with her extended family and friends, creating memories together.

With 15 years in the industry Steven oversees the entire construction process from concept to final completion. His primary responsibility is leading teams in order to deliver commercial construction project(s) that span across multiple industries. This is accomplished by managing relationships, means & methods, resources, schedules, financials and adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Steven’s favorite part of what he does are the long lasting relationships he builds.

When not at work Steven and his wife Kacey enjoy taking their son, Kayven on adventures like beach trips to Florida, enjoying any outdoor activity, or exploring new family-friendly places and events around Wichita. They love to see the excitement it brings him experiencing new things. As a family, they also enjoy taking their rescue dog, Hazel, on walks and to play at the dog park.

With over 30 years in construction management, Troy is involved with leading the team, including owners, architects, engineers, and developers thru the project development process. He brings a wealth of knowledge to help guide the team from the initial concept to developing early conceptual budgets with design oversight to maintain the project budget and selecting and organizing the right team for the project so the overall owner’s experience and satisfaction is a complete success.

Troy enjoys spending time with family and friends, tinkering in the yard or the Man Cave, and the frustration of home remodeling. On Weekends you’ll usually find him at Toronto Lake doing chores or chilling with friends around the table, the fire pit or on the water, when he’s not floating, he’s working on his backflips on the Sky Ski. He admits he still hasn’t fully landed one yet but enjoys the thrill and challenge of it. Troy is an active member of the Wichita Wagonmasters.

With 14 years in the construction industry, Devin has spent a majority of that time in the field managing projects and manpower. With his extensive knowledge of the construction process, along with his ability to effectively manage and communicate the responsibilities at hand, allows him to comfortably work with all parties involved to deliver great results from conception to completion.

After five years on the road, Devin and his wife, Lauren are settling down in Wichita with their two children, Wyatt and Perry. Together they are renovating their new home in Wichita. When not working on their home they enjoy traveling as a family, camping, hiking, riding bikes, and eating at new restaurants. Their family is rounded out with the fur babies, Murphy and Tige.

David comes to us with nearly a decade of construction management experience. He has overseen multiple high-end projects from initiation to completion. David creates and executes project plans, budgets, manages teams, and effectively communicates with team members to ensure a quality project is delivered in a timely manner.

David and his wife, Brook live in the Denver Metro area and spend all of their free time with their two sons, Thaddeus and Atticus. When not working, they enjoy being outdoors biking, traveling, going to sporting events, national parks, an sight-seeing around Colorado with man's best friend, Rocky.

With a decade of accounting expertise under her belt, Jessica is a valuable addition to the construction team. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing and contributing to various aspects of construction finances, such as financial reporting, in-depth analysis, job costing, payroll administration, and effective cash flow management.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a proud mother of two grown children, has two teenagers who keep her on her toes, and is a loving grandmother to two adorable grandkids. In her leisure time, she enjoys in exploring new destinations, immersing herself in music, and indulging in comedy shows that tickle her funny bone. Jessica's commitment extends beyond her immediate circle as she wholeheartedly embraces her role as a Community Outreach Coordinator at her local church.

At the end of each day, she receives a warm welcome from her beloved dogs and cat, making her household complete.

With an extensive background spanning over two decades in accounts payable, Kathy is a valuable asset to the construction accounting team. She assumes a multifaceted role encompassing the full spectrum of accounts payable operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the meticulous processing of invoices and payment applications, vigilant vendor maintenance, ensuring certificate of insurance compliance, and lending her valuable support to the project management team on various projects, whenever required.

Kathy is the proud mother of three grown children and dotes on her two cherished grandsons. In her leisure time, she enjoys baking, scenic off-road adventures in her trusty Jeep, and relishes quality time by the pool with her loved ones, whether they be family or friends. Kathy and her husband, Todd, share a mutual love for exploring the offerings of small craft breweries in the state of Kansas. Kathy is a dedicated dog mom to three rescue chihuahuas, adding a touch of furry warmth to their household.

Alex's wealth of industry expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence is shown through successful acquisitions, new construction, and the opening of properties.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Alex revels in the joys of family life alongside his wife, Kirsten, and their two year old daughter, Charlotte. In their precious moments of leisure, they treasure quality time spent with their two endearing corgis, as well as with cherished family and friends, all while savoring the wonders of the great outdoors.

Nancy joined our team three years ago when we acquired the TownePlace Suites in Macon, Georgia as our General Manager. Nancy's work ethic, focus on consistent behaviors with her team and growing her business warranted her promotion in May of 2021. In her new role, Nancy oversees day to day operations working directly with our General Managers with a focus on top line revenue, expense management, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.

Nancy and her husband, Stephen, have been married for 30 years and have two wonderful adult children, Sarah and Ethan. She is on the Board of Directors for Visit Macon and serves on the Sports Grant Committee . She enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with her family. They have a Maltese fur baby named Toby who loves everyone he meets.

Brianna joined our team in 2021 when we acquired the WoodSpring Suites Nashville Airport as our General Manager. Over the past year, Brianna has been focused on working side-by-side with her team ensuring they were provided the leadership and structure to help them be successful. With her promotion in October, Brianna oversees day to day operations of her hotels and working directly with our General Managers with a focus on top line revenue, expense management, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.

Brianna and her husband, Jonathan recently celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary. They have two beautiful children, Jayla and Kingston. When they're not cheering on the sidelines of a football game and traveling for cheer competitions, they enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and kayaking. They have two rescue pups, KoKo and Diggy and the fluffiest kitty, Lennon Biscuit.

Tiffany and her husband, Josh, are parents to two energetic boys, Jackson and Camden. Together, they relish the joys of family travel, outdoor adventures, rounds of golf, and spirited sports watching. While their household is a house divided when it comes to sports allegiances, KU holds a solid lead. Completing their happy home is Miley the Min Pin, Tiffany's first beloved fur baby.

With an impressive track record of over 15 years in the field of accounting, Chantal adds a wealth of experience to our team. She holds a Master's in Business and Accounting, proudly earned from Southwestern College. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Chantal, alongside her husband, Jeremy, is a devoted parent to five children and two adored furry companions. During their leisure time, they cherish moments with loved ones, camping adventures, boating, and outdoor cooking.

She remains agile in response to evolving market demands, ultimately steering hotels toward financial success.

Originally hailing from Uruguay, Maggie embarked on her journey to northern Virginia in 2018 to pursue her college education. In the fall of 2020, she made the move to Wichita State University, culminating in her graduation in December 2022 with a degree in Mathematics, specializing in Statistics, and a minor in Anthropology. Her passion lies in the realm of data analysis, complemented by a deep appreciation for art.

In 2024, Maggie celebrated her recent marriage to Jeff, embarking on a new chapter of shared dreams and adventures. During her leisure time, Maggie finds solace in painting, dancing, journaling, and reading, with an insatiable curiosity for new recipes and baking, often delighting her friends and family with homemade cakes. At home, Maggie and Jeff reside with their furry feline companion. Together, they share the joys of making music, crafting various forms of art, and nurturing an indoor garden that thrives under their care.

With nearly 20 years of accounting expertise under her belt, Heather oversees the daily financial operations for a portfolio of open hotels. Equipped with a degree in accounting from Kansas State University, she brings a solid foundation to her role.

Married to Evan for 15 years, together they cherish their two children, Brooklyn and Cameron, as well as their faithful canine companion, Ollie. Their favorite pastimes include relaxing at Grand Lake and cheering on their kids during sports events. Heather finds joy in exploring new destinations, savoring fine wines, immersing herself in literature, staying active with running, and enjoying a diverse range of music.

Ashely shares a unique bond as a twin with one of her seven siblings. Alongside her husband, Sam, Ashley has enjoyed two years of marriage and the company of their three beloved dogs, Winston, Hank, and Bentley. In her free time, she finds joy in the culinary arts, crafting, fishing, and enjoys quality time with both friends and family.

Rachel is the first person you will see when you visit our office delivering an experience that makes each person feel unique and special. Her organization and coordination of the office operations and procedures is key to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Rachel enjoys trying new restaurants, wine bars and visiting new places in Wichita. When she's not cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, she loves to spoil her nieces, nephews, and God children. Her companion is a four legged Shih-Tzu, Bella, who's been by her side for 17 years.
