My Place Hotels of America and Wichita, KS-based hospitality firm, TGC Group have entered into a multiple-development agreement that will expand TGC’s portfolio of hospitality assets from a single My Place Hotel to 10 My Place locations by 2027.

The firm has five locations under active development, with two scheduled to begin construction in the first quarter of 2023.
