Chad plays a key role in overseeing TGC’s project development, involving close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and project launch phases. His formal education in architecture and extensive professional experience brings a unique and valuable perspective to the management of our development initiatives.

In 2018, Chad made the decision to return to his roots in Kansas, having been a long-term resident of Dallas. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors, maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym, and values quality moments with his family and two beloved canine companions.
