Derek’s roots in the construction industry run deep, with nearly four decades, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. His role encompasses estimating and collaborating closely with project managers during pre-construction and project closeout, Derek is also the office sports aficionado.

Outside of work, Derek is a devoted dad and enjoys the company of his family and friends. As an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan, he eagerly follows their hockey journey, and whenever possible, he seizes the opportunity to attend local or national sporting events.
