TGC Development Group is formed and pursues retail and QSR development throughout the Midwest, executing more than 30 ground up Build to Suit projects for regional and national retailers and restaurants.
First multi-unit complex acquired consisting of 400 units in Tulsa, OK, which eventually grew into a portfolio of roughly 700 units.
Breaking Ground in Asheville, NC on our first Value Place Hotel.
Diversifying with Hotels and Restaurantss. Acquired 2nd hotel, Value Place Lincoln, NE and signed Franchise Agreements to develop and operate Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. 5 store agreement, Tulsa, OK.
Acquired 3rd hotel, Value Place Tulsa, OK.
Broke ground on two WoodSpring Suites Hotels, Broken Arrow, OK and Louisville Jeffersontown, KY.
Acquired our first Marriott hotel, TownePlace Suites Wichita. Formed TGC Hospitality Management division with five hotels under management.
TGC Development Group embarks on re-development of multiple properties in Downtown Wichita, KS that resulted in $55 million in projects. Including Douglas Street Development, Spaghetti Works Apartments, historic Naftzger Park, 430 Re-development, and Home2 Suites Wichita Downtown Delano.
TGC Construction Group is Founded.
New logo unveiled consolidating TGC Development Group, TGC Hospitality Management, and TGC Construction under one unified identity, TGC Group, streamlining our communication and enhancing our brand recognition. TGC Group logo represents our commitment to excellence and collaboration across all divisions, the vision for the future.
Began construction on three new hotel projects in the middle of COVID Pandemic. TGC Hospitality Management reaches milestone of 10 hotels under management.
TGC Group ventures into the California market with the start of construction on two new hotels.
